Lego Stamp-a-ma-jig?

I don't have a Stamp-a-ma-jig. I've watched lots of tutorials on using one and I want one! I might be able to get by without one though. I "borrowed" (somewhat permanently) some of my son's legos. It is working out perfectly! You can see the acetate sheet in the first photo that I stamped the image onto, then placed that where I wanted the saying.

Please excuse that stamp...I split the saying into two parts and put the smaller part on top of the stamp. It's ugly, but it works.

Late in the commenting game, but wanted to thank you for sharing your lego stamp a ma jig idea. I've been thinking of buying one, but now I'll just make one using your idea. I also like what you did with splitting a stamp into two. So smart! I have a few word stamps that I prefer using part of the stamp, and some where I just like the cute picture but not the words that come with it. I'm gonna use your stamp idea with these types of stamps also. Thanks again!
