I followed this card. I loved it too. I used the little corner punch to make the scalloped border and dimensional paint to do the itty bitty dots. Love that. And isn't the image hilarious? It is Mrs. Ed from Art Impressions and she's colored with Prismacolor pencils and mineral spirits. The inside says, "to spoil yourself silly!"
