Finally, a new card...

I just had to use the September SheetLoad ezine!! I had this idea in my head as soon as I saw the sketch! The original sketch is horizontal, so I switched that up a bit. And I didn't really use an "image"...instead I made a pumpkin I've been wanting to make. I used a piece of cuttlebugged paper, painted it with SU inks, cut the circle, and attached it. Love how that looks. I thought the little sentiment was just perfect considering how rich and sweet life is...especially this time of year with fresh things out of the garden. I used nesties for the pumpkin, a maple leaf punch for the leaves, and the teeniest, tiniest swirl punch to make all of the little vine swirls.

HI Denise - found your blog via your comment at Craft Critique regarding Fiskars embossing plates and Cuttlebug. Can you please share the sandwich layering you use to get a good impression on cardstock? I have a bunch of these plates but they're really faint when I run them on my cuttlebug. Thanks! BTW, LOVE your dolly food creations!! - gigi
