A Valentine card that the ladies loved!

A Valentine card that the ladies LOVED!  It's not my brain child, but isn't it just gorgeous? The ladies at the senior center just loved it.  One of them even said this was the best creation we've made over the years!  The first card is what you see from the top when it's sitting up.  The next picture is what it looks like when you remove it from the envelope. It's extra cool because it lays semi flat for mailing.  Then the last picture is what you see looking straight "in". It's a bit deceiving because both ovals (both layers of ovals) are the same size...even though that black one appears to be a size smaller.

Pretty birds in the window

Pretty birds!  I made these birds using the SU punch. And I was anxious to use my newest Memory Box die...this gorgeous window! I was pleased with how it turned out!

There's quite a bit of fussy cutting to do, but the end product is so pretty!

And I won that!

Oh my, oh my, oh my...can you just imagine how excited I was when I found out that I was the lucky winner of that amazing blog candy?  It has already arrived and I am just thrilled!

A Wedding in December

Only a week until Christmas; I can hardly believe it!  And today a friend of mine is getting married, so I'm showing the card I made.  Above the card is the wedding invitation, and I love it!! So, I decided to use that as inspiration for the card.
I used a McGill punch for the bird and pieced one of them together to make it stand a bit more upright.  Memory Box twig branch that is also pieced together, and the "forever" from PTI "Wonderful Words".
